Thank you for the opportunity to serve you and your facility. We are so glad that you have considered NPC to service your business! As the president of NPC, I had a dream to start a cleaning business that was founded on faith, dedicated to giving all glory to God our Father. With 20 years of cleaning & organizing experience and 7 years of customer service and purchasing experience under my belt, I took a leap of faith and started Nicky’s Professional Cleaning in 2019. Thus on the back of our shirts you may see the phrase.....she believed she could, so she did. I started with 2 residentials clients and 0 commercial accounts. Even through the Covid pandemic of 2020 and 2021, we were able to increase our commercial clients and our recurring residential clients by 85%. In the last half of 2022, God moved us to add on a 2nd shift to accommodate additional commercial clients. Now in 2025, we have expanded our commercial clients to make up 98% of our business with just 2 grandfathered residential clients. Our team is better than ever! and we are excited to see what doors God will open this year!
